WHAT'S THE HYPE ABOUT?

If we had to describe our Flexibility class in under 5 words, we would say "chatty yoga". We will guide you through a full stretch routine, with in depth cues regarding muscle engagement, breathing and relaxation to give you optimum results, whether your goals are to simply to have a little more range of motion or if you have a more advanced goal, eg splits, in mind, we do it all and want to help you achieve it. We also love a good chat during our Flexibility classes, with no topics being off limits from the good, the bad and the ugly and everything in between. We have found that Flexibility can be the perfect starting point of your journey with Central Pole Dance, so if you don't do pole you can still feel free to sign up and get those muscles moving.
